1. Acceptance of Terms
By using DeutschLern, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
DeutschLern provides German language learning content (vocabulary, grammar, listening, pronunciation, conversation) and progress tracking for A1–B1 learners. Some content and features require a paid subscription.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Do not share your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@lingo180.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use another person's account without permission; interfere with the Service; use the Service for unlawful purposes; or copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit Service content without authorization.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All learning content (text, audio, images) is owned by Deutsch Lab Company or licensed to us. You may use content for personal educational purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices and renewal terms are shown in the store listing. To cancel, use the subscription management screen in your device's app store account settings.
7. Free Trial
When a free trial is available, it is governed by the terms of the relevant app store. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep DeutschLern available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for interruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control.
9. Account Deletion and Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel your subscription through the app store before deleting your account. We are not responsible for charges incurred after deletion if the subscription was not cancelled.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Deutsch Lab Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee any specific learning outcome or examination result.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of significant changes at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
